Returns & Cancellations

1. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Lithuanian law, original artworks, reproductions, and other art objects are non-returnable. These items are considered final sale due to their unique nature and the personalization involved in their creation. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

*Customers located in Lithuania may request a 24-hour home trial to assess how the artwork fits their space. This service is available only by prior individual agreement with BIRUTE STUDIO and is subject to artwork availability.

The artwork must be returned within 24 hours in its original, undamaged condition. Any damage, alteration, or late return may result in the refusal of the trial service or additional charges. This service applies exclusively within Lithuania.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care to package and ship our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. To process a claim, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
We will evaluate your case and, at our discretion, offer a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or other compensation, based on the circumstances.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations may only be made before the item has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of the items we sell (original artworks, reproductions, and other art objects), we do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind or customer preference.
