Returns & Cancellations

1. Returns

Ready-made artworks purchased online may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

To request a return, please contact BIRUTE STUDIO within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The artwork must be carefully packaged and returned in its original condition. We recommend using the original packaging and a tracked and insured shipping service.

Once the artwork has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. 

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging.

We will assess the situation and arrange an appropriate solution without limiting your statutory consumer rights.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an artwork has been shipped, applicable returns and withdrawal rights will apply.
